Our Service Centre team can help you with information about your account, transactions, investment performance, products and services. If our Service Centre team are unable to help you with your query, they will put you in touch with our Superannuation Advisers, who are skilled to help you over the phone with more complex queries that relate to investment choice, insurance and retirement planning. If you need personal financial advice, we have a team of qualified financial planners who can help you make the most of your retirement savings. Cbus’ financial planners don’t charge commissions and your initial consultation will be free. If you need personal financial advice, they will provide you with an obligation free quote.
