How to join
Joining Cbus is easy. Follow the quick steps below and you’ll be a member in no time.
- Download a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement, for the product that suits you. You can do this at our forms and publications section or you can call us on 1300 361 784 and we’ll send you a copy. Read through the Product Disclosure Statement, then complete the application form at the back.
- Send your completed application form to Cbus, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re choosing to have your employer pay contributions to your new Cbus account, you may need to give them a copy of the ‘Complying Fund Letter’. It’s also at the back of the Product Disclosure Statement.
