Cbus and MBA VIC Partnership Survey  terms and conditions

By submitting an entry into the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.  Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

Eligible entrants

You are eligible to enter the Promotion if: (i) you are an Australian resident, of at least 18 years of age; (ii) you became a Cbus member after 1 November 2021; (iii) you remain a Cbus member during the promotion period; (iv) you receive the MBA VIC Partnership Survey (“survey”) directly from Cbus; and (v) you are not a director, manager or employee (or in the immediate family of a director manager or employee) of the Promotor or its suppliers.  

Details of prizes 

The 6  best entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the prize winners and each will win a  $250 Visa Gift Card

Prizes must be taken as offered, no modifications or exchanges will be possible and the prize is not redeemable for cash.

To enter, you must, during the Promotion period, complete the survey and then answer the question: “What is the one thing that Cbus could do to make super easier for your business?”

Entry to the Promotion is free and automatic upon completion of the survey and submission of a valid answer.

You may only submit one entry.  Any subsequent entries will not result in further entries to the Promotion.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into our database.  We accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

We will appoint a panel of judges to choose the winners.   Prizes will be awarded to the 6 most creative answers to the final question of the survey.  The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The panel will begin judging at 10:00 AM AEST on Tuesday, 11 April2023 at our premises on Level 22, 130 Lonsdale St, Melbourne, Victoria. 

You are not required to be present during the judging. Prizes will be posted to the winners. We take no responsibility for any prize which we post, but which is not received for reasons that are beyond our reasonable control.
