How can I reset my password?
The only way to reset your password is by clicking Forgot your password via the login page. You’ll just need your mobile phone to receive the one-time passcode.
Unfortunately, we can’t reset your password over the phone. However, if your mobile number is incorrect on your account, please call us on
1300 361 784 to update your number and receive your one-time passcode.
To reset your password using the mobile app, just remember to download the new version of the app first.
Can I update my mobile number via the app and online account?
No, you’ll need to call us on 1300 361 784 to update your mobile number as your online account is used for secure member authentication.
What should I do if I receive a text with a one-time passcode?
You’ll receive a one-time passcode to your mobile phone when you make changes to your account. Simply, enter the one-time passcode on the screen to allow the following changes to be processed:
Will I have two accounts if I have both a super and an income stream account?
Your accounts are set up separately, but you can easily link them to create one account by logging in to your existing account and going to the Personal details page.
If I have a super and income stream account, can I use the same member number and password?
Yes, you’ll be able to use one member number and password to log in after linking your accounts. To link them, simply log in to the account you currently use with your existing details and go to the Personal details page.
Are there any differences between the app and desktop version?
The app and desktop have the same functionality with the following exceptions:
Can I use the same password for the app and desktop version?
Yes, the password is the same for the app and desktop version. If you’ve already gone through the first-time login process for the new income stream account, simply use your new password to log in to the app.
Why can’t I link my account with another member (husband, wife, partner) anymore?
You can no longer link your account to another person's account due to privacy and security reasons.
When can I download the app to access my income stream account?
We’ve sent you a communication to let you know how to download the app.
If you already have the Cbus app, you’ll need to check that you’re using the latest version in your App store and update it if required.
Can two people use the same mobile number to make changes?
Yes, multiple accounts can share the same mobile number. Make sure you leave at least five minutes between each request.
What if I don't have a mobile number or reliable mobile coverage?
Your online account requires authentication with a one-time passcode sent to a mobile phone for login and certain secure transactions. Unfortunately, if you don't have a mobile phone you won’t be able to access your account online.

Will I receive a secure one-time passcode for every change I make?
You’ll receive a different passcode for each secure change you make.
