Want to speak to our Advice team?
Making the time to get advice can make a real difference to your future.
Sure. We’ll ask questions to understand your situation and you can get different levels of advice, depending on what you need.
You might have a super balance that’s lower than you’d like, or maybe you’re self-funded and not currently receiving a pension.
We could help with things like budgeting, choosing the right investment option, downsizer contributions or adjusting your income payments to make your super last longer.
Absolutely, and we can include your partner or spouse as well, even if they’re not a member with us. Centrelink treats couples as a family unit. When they assess you for a pension, they’ll include both you and your partner’s super as assets.
We’ll explain how it works and look at different strategies that might suit you. This is a new service we’re offering for an affordable fee.
If you’re not eligible for an Age Pension now, you might be eligible in the future, as your super balance and other assets change. We’ll explain different options that might be available to you.
We can give you simple advice about your super and helpful information. Depending on what you need, we might refer you to an external financial adviser for comprehensive financial advice. They can give you advice about aged care, estate planning and all sorts of financial matters, as well as super and retirement needs.
Super doesn’t have to be complicated, and we’re here to keep it simple for you. Choose from three levels of service.
